We are a specialty clinic and an emergency center for dogs and cats and are here for your pet’s needs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is always a veterinarian on duty as well as qualified support staff providing around the clock care for your pets.
The Referral Clinic
The Veterinary Referral Clinic is a specialty clinic for dogs and cats that require advanced testing and/or procedures not provided by primary care veterinary practices. Our Veterinary Specialists have years of education and training beyond the standard requirements of veterinary medicine. Our doctors are Board Certified Specialists in Internal Medicine, Oncology, Surgery and Radiology.
The Specialists see appointments Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Our doctors’ goal is to formulate a plan that suits the medical, personal, and financial needs of you and your pet. They will make you aware of the most current diagnostic and therapeutic options available and provide you with the information you need to make quality of life decisions for your pet.
The Emergency Center
The Emergency Center is open to provide emergency care for pets after business hours and on all holidays and weekends. Our Emergency Doctors and support staff are available to treat trauma patients, acute medical emergencies, as well as the more minor emergencies that just can’t wait until the next business day. The EC Doctors and staff also monitor hospitalized patients after VRC business hours.
The Emergency Doctors have access to all hospital medical records and have access to, and input from, the Specialists on a daily basis. Pets seen on an emergency basis can be transferred to one of the Specialists, if appropriate, the next business day.
The Emergency Center Hours:
5:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
5:00 p.m. on Wednesday
Weekends and Holidays open 24 hours.
